When will my frames be shipped?

We aim to ship our orders out within 10 business days. Though with all orders being handmade around Christmas, public holidays and during a sale it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patients and understanding, thank you.

What frame options do you have?

We have three lovely frame sizes available all in either black or white. Our frames can be hung on the wall or stood as they all come with hooks and stands. All of our frames come with glass windows, NOT plastic. Frame sizes: 7x9", 9x9" and 9.5x13"

How do i hang my frame?

Buttons On The Wall supply a hook on the back of each frame. Simply choose where you would like your frame hung. Measure 2cm directly under that point and hammer the pin provided into the wall. Making sure the pin is pointed up. Place the frame with the hook over the pin and it’s done. Enjoy!

Is the front panel / window glass or acrylic?

The front display panel is 1mm thick glass. We pack our frames with tissue paper, bubble wrap and polystyrene sheets. Reusing what we can from our inventory shipments.

Can my frame be personalised?

Yes! All of our button art designs can be personalised at NO extra cost, with a name/s^* and date.

Simply add a note at the cart in the "Special Instructions" box. Please ensure spelling is correct and treat the cart as your proof. Double check your selections and you are happy. What is written in the cart page will be added to your frame. ^*Maximum 2 names.

Example of note:

Teachers name - Mrs Smith     Childs name - William . T      Date - 2022                          *Maximum 2 names*     

Do you ship internationally?

We predominantly ship Australia wide, though have on occasions shipped overseas. Please email us at info@buttonsonthewall.com if this is something you would like to do.

Do you accept exchanges?

No. Buttons On The Wall do not accept returns or exchanges as all our products are personalised items. Please contact us at info@buttonsonthewall.com if you have any problems with your order.

How long is your turnaround?

All of our button art is handmade to order. Turnaround (from payment to postage) is approximately 10 working days. Though around Christmas, public holidays and during a sale it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patients and understanding, thank you.

Who do you send your parcels with?

We ship our products with Australia Post using the standard service and tracking. If you wish to have your purchases shipped express please let us know as soon as possible via email - info@buttonsonthewall.com Please note, this will incur additional charges.
